16 bytes is not enough room for existing usage of the buffer by the tests, so the name may get truncated and cause log_spec test to fail:

Breaking: Python 3.7 is the minimum supported Python version.

files array, rather than being a single long line with a bunch of filenames
Unfortunately this still does not handle deleting and re-creating releases properly, so we're likely to move to a system with a static tag on a placeholder commit, and just update the release description and attachments every time.
