When doing a nested paragraph in a list element, the first following list item has a nested paragraph, but not the other ones.
I've added a test case to cover the expected output and I'm currently getting the following diff:

So that it's reflected on the badge in the README

In an attempt at reproducing #2, I've added the files required to run a very basic test on Travis and Tox.
The one pointing to
stable is returning a 404.
Removed as fury.io wasn’t playing nice with Sphinx (I suspect it’s because there is a HTTP redirect involved).
